I woke up to a face I don’t know, strange marks on my skin, and no memory of who I am.
I think my name is Arden, but my last name feels wrong. I know that I chose this… whatever this is. But I don’t remember why. Or what it cost me.
All I have are fragments. A feeling I can’t forget. A bond that shouldn’t exist. A force that couldn’t be of this world, threading through me like gossamer spun from starlight and storm.
And with each piece of memory that returns, so do the shadows that hunt me—something ancient, something not entirely human. As the truth begins to unravel, a buried legacy emerges beneath lifetimes of secrets, wrapped in symbols only a few can understand

Meet the Author
Nasa Zaidul spent many years as a PCB product engineer before turning to writing professionally, driven by a lifelong love of fiction and storytelling. The foundations of Iridian were first imagined nearly two decades ago, quietly taking shape between long workdays, PCB trace layouts, and five-foot cubicles.
Inspired by classic fantasy and science fiction, her writing blends emotional, character-driven storytelling with expansive worldbuilding, often where the boundaries between science and fantasy begin to blur.
Iridian is her debut novel and the entry point to a much larger universe.
